    5 Easy Steps to Franchising with SVN®

    The SVN brand is a winning franchise opportunity offered by SVN International Corp. (SVNIC) for commercial real estate professionals who want to own their own business and increase enterprise value through the tools, reach, and recognition of a global brand. 

    Step 1:  Connect with an SVN franchise sales team member 

    Connect with an SVN franchise development team member for a personalized business discovery conversation. We begin by learning more about your business so that we can better understand your short-term needs and long-term goals. This allows us to customize a diligence process to determine if we can help you meet them. During this step, we will:

    • Perform business needs assessment and operations review;
    • Map out current and future business opportunities with SVN; and
    • Evaluate for cultural fit.

     

    Step 2: Review your SVN Franchise Disclosure Documents

    The FDD is a Federally-required document that all franchisors must provide to prospects interested in their franchise offering. In this step we will:

    • Answer any questions that you may have about the FDD;
    • Walk through all investment and other obligations of both SVNIC and yourself; and
    • Review the agreement types and discuss qualifications required for each tier.

    Step 3: Participate in customized discovery and diligence about SVN.

    Based on your business needs, your SVN Franchise Development team will provide a wide array of informational opportunities that may include:

    • Personal visits and/or phone conferences
    • Live and recorded webinars
    • Custom demonstration of our products and tools
    • Invitations to SVN events
    • Marketing materials, brochures, and sample packets
    • Conversations with existing SVN Franchisees and corporate staff

    Step 4: Complete your application and submit for review.

    At this time you will be emailed your Franchisee Application and Background Authorization Forms. You will need to complete the application and submit for approval.

    • The application process includes: credit, criminal and a reference investigation.
    • The SVN Executive Management Selection Committee will review the application.
    • If all goes well, SVNIC will create a preliminary transition plan, and work with you on your business plan. 

    Step 5: Execute your Franchise Agreement.

    Upon approval by our Management Selection Committee, you will be issued your personalized Franchise Agreement and are ready to join SVN. In this step, you will sign and return your Franchise Agreement with payment of the initial franchise fee, after a Federally-mandated 7-day waiting period. The Franchise Agreement becomes official when countersigned by SVNIC.

    • You will receive a personal welcome call and email authorizing you access to our systems and a guide for recommended onboarding procedures.
    • SVNIC will make an announcement on our weekly SVN | Live property broadcast and follow with a press release when you are ready to go live.
    • We will begin your onboarding and transitional program.
