Biography
|
Satya N. Voleti, P.A., serves as managing director for Sperry Van Ness specializing in the sale and leasing of office, retail and land properties throughout Southwest Florida. With more than 23 years of experience, Voleti has secured numerous transactions resulting in a career sales volume in excess of $125 million.
Voleti began his real estate career in New York after serving as a chief project manager for a large chemical company in India for more than 12 years. While in India, Voleti managed between 500 to 1,500 people ranging from engineers to accountants. He also obtained a Master of Science in chemical engineering from one of the world’s leading graduate universities, the India Institute of Technology.
After moving to New York, Voleti began working with different investors, focusing on the sale of multifamily, office and retail investments. Over the course of 15 years, Voleti also managed a 300 unit multifamily complex. In addition to supervising property maintenance, collecting rent and the property’s financial performance, he was closely involved in the acquisition and disposition of the property. Voleti then went on to serve as an insurance advisor for New York Life, advising clients on stocks, bonds, and other insurance products.
Voleti then moved to Florida, where he currently resides. In addition to successfully closing the largest commercial real estate transaction, 129 acres of land located in Charlotte County, Voleti secured more than $28 million in sales in 2006. As an active member of the industry, he has earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member, Accredited Land Consultant, Graduate Real Estate Institute, and Certified International Property Specialist designations.
