Mark Alexander serves as Senior Investment Advisor for Sperry Van Ness in South West Florida, specializing in office investment sales. With over 20 years in the real estate industry, Alexander has completed over $100 million in transactions. Alexander currently holds the CCIM designation.

Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Alexander started Mark Alexander Realty in Fort Myers, Florida, where he served as a Medical Sale and Leaseback specialist. Previously Alexander served as an operating engineer on ocean-going super-tankers for Exxon Corporation, USA. Alexander has been continuously active within the CCIM organization. He served as President of the South West District of the Florida CCIM Chapter in 2001, founded the CCIM broadcast email service linking CCIM brokers in his region, and is slated to chair the Technology Committee on the state level for the Florida CCIM Chapter in 2003. Alexander also spoke regularly at the 2001 and 2002 CCIM Outlook Conferences in South West Florida.

Alexander received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Engineering in 1980 from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy.
