Luis is a current member of International Council of Shopping Centers, an association that specializes in the global trade association of the shopping center industry linking national and regional shopping center councils throughout the world. Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Luis served as the project manager for WS Holdings Co. Inc. where he was responsible for the development and asset management of approximately $ 20 million in their Miami-based operations. Luis earned a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. He is also past president of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers UMN Chapter, past treasurer for the Chinese American Student Association and past social chair for the American Society of Civil Engineers UMN Chapter.
