Biography
|
Lenny J. Eterno serves as a national advisor for Sperry Van Ness/Doran Jason Group, specializing in the sale and leasing of multifamily, office and industrial properties throughout Florida. With more than 14 years of industry experience, Eterno brings extensive management, communications and sales experience to the Miami-based team.
Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Eterno served as a regional mortgage manager for Bank Atlantic in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. While there, Eterno was responsible for business and relationship development with outside business sources in addition to developing mortgage services within the branches. Eterno has also been involved in the development community as president of Renaissance Development, LLC, taking an active lead on various projects from conception through development. Through this experience Eterno gained various coordinating and training skills including: plan reading and estimating, managing sub-contractors, developing marketing strategies, and establishing investor relationships. Before becoming active in the mortgage industry, Eterno served as a proprietary equity trader for Schonfeld Securities, trading NYSE and NASDAQ stocks while gaining a great deal of experience in researching and analyzing current financial investments and developing new strategies for continually changing markets.
Eterno earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida where he is currently working towards his Master of Business Administration in Real Estate Development. Eterno also holds the Securities Series 7 and Series 55 licenses.
