Biography
|
Jason Donald serves as managing director for Sperry Van Ness / Commercial Property & Investment Group, specializing in the sale of retail property on Florida’s West Coast. With eight years of commercial real estate experience, Donald has secured transactions valuing in excess of $100 million.
Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Donald served as a senior account manager for Pointline (formerly Mohr Partners) in Tampa, Florida, where he provided tenant representation services for national tenants. Previously, he served as an account executive for Bausch & Lomb.
Donald holds the Certified Property Manager designation (CPM) and is a member of the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors (FGCAR), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
Donald enjoys traveling and makes it a point to leave the country once a year, and has collected local art from his destinations. He is an avid boater in and around Tampa Bay, and enjoys any activity associated with being in, on, or around the water. Other interests include cooking, wine, and his Minature Schnauzer, Kaiser.
