Warren joins the Tampa-based team with more than seven years of investment brokerage experience and has earned the Series 63, Series 7, Series 9, and Series 10 licensures from the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD). Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness Warren served as a business analyst for E*TRADE Financial in Tampa, providing workforce management for six call centers, including one international. While there Warren also managed the firm’s telecommunication programs, created research reports for senior management, maintained organizational charts, and developed standardized procedures for several of the firm’s key processes. Previously, Warren served as the call center manager for J.P. Morgan’s Tampa office, managing a team of approximately 15 licensed financial representatives.
