Biography
|
David Burnett serves as an associate advisor for Sperry Van Ness, specializing in the sale of land and self storage property in Oklahoma.
In his first six months with Sperry Van Ness, David brokered and closed 13 transactions with a sales volume exceeding $12 million. Burnett’s career highlights include handling the sale of Block 42 flats and town homes located in Oklahoma City’s premiere entertainment and dining district, Bricktown.
In 2008, Burnett co-brokered the sale of a $132.2M luxury apartment portfolio, setting a state record. This transaction marks one of the largest price per unit prices of nearly $100,000 ever achieved for apartments in the Oklahoma City area.
Burnett is a member of the Oklahoma City Commercial Real Estate Council and earned a Bachelor’s degree in economics and a double minor in history and business from Oklahoma State University.
