Prior to affiliating with Sperry Van Ness, Bishop served as director of marketing for The Blackpoint Group, LLC. where she was responsible for leasing retail and office/flex properties, conceptualizing and executing all marketing and advertising activities as well as maintaining media coverage. Previously, she was the sales and marketing manager for Michael Saunders where she managed sales and marketing functions for the new home division. Additionally, she was regional marketing manager for Ryland Homes. Among Bishop's accomplishments are winning seven NJ Home Builders Association SAM Awards for home builder employer Matzel & Mumford. Award titles included the Best New Home Community of the Year; the Best Marketing Campaign; the Best Advertising Campaign; and the Best Sales Center and Model Home.
