Hunt is an integral member of the team consisting of accomplished professionals with backgrounds incorporating all facets of commercial real estate investment banking. The cornerstone of the team approach is centered on “always putting the clients’ best interest first”. In 2006 Hunt earned a bachelor’s degree with honors in Entrepreneurship from Ball State University’s nationally-ranked entrepreneurship program. While in the program Hunt acquired several entrepreneurial skills including the ability to tackle tough problems, work from the bottom up and craft businesses that creatively solve the challenges of life. Prior to joining the North Palm Beach team, Hunt relocated to South Florida where he began his career at a private investment firm; sourcing, analyzing and modeling a myriad of investment opportunities designed for a portfolio of international investors. This opportunity provided him a unique perspective on the sale and marketing of commercial real estate through the eyes of a buyer.
