Biography
|
Catherine I. Kosmidis serves as an advisor for Sperry Van Ness/Paradigm Commercial Real Estate, specializing in the sale and leasing of office and retail space throughout the greater Orlando, Florida market.
Kosmidis brings more than 14 years of professional experience to the Lake Mary-based team, including assessing clients’ business needs, developing and executing a suitable strategy with the goal of closing a rewarding and valuable transaction and excelling in her role for the benefit and success of her clientele.
Prior to affiliating with Sperry Van Ness, Kosmidis served as a commercial sales executive with a regional firm in Lake Mary. During her first year of brokerage, Kosmidis acquired more than $14 million in land, office and retail development listings, in addition to pre-leasing more than 60,000 square feet of new retail development space.
Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry, Kosmidis spent more than 10 years in the private wealth management services sector, most recently serving as an assistant vice president of the Ultra High Net Worth Sales Group at Deutsche Bank in New York. Prior to her tenure at Deutsche Bank, Kosmidis gained an extensive financial services background through various roles with Chase Manhattan Bank, Toyo Trust Company, Banco Mexicano Somex, and Diner's Club International.
Born in New York and raised in Ecuador, Kosmidis is fluent in both English and Spanish. Kosmidis earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Economics from the Queens College of the City University of New York and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
A mother of two, Kosmidis’ passion outside of brokerage is focusing on her children and their educational and extracurricular activities. Kosmidis and her family currently reside in Windermere, a suburb of Orlando, Florida.
