Biography
|
Leslie W. “Buz” Muse is the managing director for Sperry Van Ness Paradise Properties LLC handling operations, growth and development of the firm. With 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Muse has overseen well over $300 million in investment sales throughout his career in the real estate industry.
In addition to his work with Sperry Van Ness, Muse is also the manager of Renaissance Real Estate Group in Oklahoma City, a boutique real estate organization that focuses on investment brokerage and development. Since its formation in 1997, Renaissance, under Muse’s leadership, has facilitated millions of dollars of property sales and leases, as well as developing multi-family properties utilizing the 221 D4 HUD program with Capmark. Muse has overseen the development and operations of several Class A apartment communities in Oklahoma City, Norman, Ardmore and Grove, Oklahoma. Prior to the formation of Renaissance, Muse served as the senior vice president of the investment division of Price Edwards & Company in Oklahoma City. During his tenure, Muse led the investment division to its first $100 million in sales earning him permanent membership in the “Million Dollar Producers Club.”
Muse has held numerous industry designations and memberships throughout his career including the Commercial Real Estate Council, IREM, ICSC, ULI, CPM, CCIM, CMD and Master Senior Appraiser in several real estate specialties.
