With more than 25 years of experience, 18 of which have been spent in Southwest Florida, he has participated in land sales in excess of $500 million. Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Bauman served as a broker for Kinsey Associates, Inc., a full-service real estate firm. Previously, he was a partner in Focus Engineering and GCF Project Management, Inc., where he created ground-breaking financial infrastructures. As owner of Bauman Advisory Services, Inc., he grew multi-million dollar businesses by over 200 percent. Bauman also served as vice president of finance and administration for Bonita Bay Properties, Inc. At Mobil Land Development (Colorado) Corp., Bauman helped acquire the single largest, most profitable land sale ever purchased by the company - the Banning Lewis Ranch - for $25 million. Four years later, by creating a competitive bidding process, the property sold for $92 million cash - a $67 million profit while still retaining 3,000 acres. Bauman is active in the Southwest Florida community where he is a member of the Fort Myers Rotary Club, Real Estate Investment Society, and Commercial Investment Professionals. Bauman earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Gettysburg College and a master's degree in finance from St. Joseph's University.
