Biography
Alan Kaye serves as a Senior Advisor at Sperry Van Ness, representing clients in the acquisition and disposition of multi-family properties throughout Florida. Kaye prides himself in the relationship driven manner in which he conducts business. He is responsible for over $200 million in commercial real estate transactions within the last several years.

Kaye is a licensed Real Estate Broker with vast experience and expertise in brokerage and legal aspects of complicated real estate transactions. His brokerage assignments have included institutional clients such as Lennar Florida Partners, Tarragon Realty Investors, Cornerstone Development Group, Mass Mutual, Ontra and a multitude of private capital investors. Transactions have included multi-family, retail, office, hotel, industrial, and land development projects. Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Kaye spent numerous successful years at Marcus & Millichap. Prior to entering commercial real estate, Kaye was a practicing attorney specializing in commercial real estate and business transactions, with experience in all aspects of Limited and General Partnerships, Syndication, Joint Ventures, Development and Finance.

Kaye is very adept in creating value-add real property transactions that with his guidance have proven to be extremely successful for his clients. His ability to source and develop deals, coupled with his underwriting and negotiating skills is invaluable to his loyal clients, allowing them to acquire properties at the best price and terms, and in realizing a substantial profit upon resale. Kaye is a graduate of the Hofstra School of Law, and a Member in Good Standing of the Florida, New York, and New Jersey Bars.
